First, reinforce the “Four Consciousnesses” and “Two Maintenances” (sige yishi, liangge weihu)—the core political discipline principles demanding loyalty to the Party Central Committee and Xi Jinping Thought—not as abstract slogans, but as operational protocols. If a vendor pressures you to disable a privacy feature for “better performance”? If a student confesses they’ve been scraping ideological data for a foreign research project?
